Central Connection meets on Monday nights for drawing and painting studio sessions. We hire high quality professional models, rotating through genders, nude\/costumed, and sessions both\u00a0 with short and longer poses, and at times, a long sustained pose.\u00a0 Please see the Calendar page for what is coming up.<\/p>\n

There is no session when the Monday is a statutory holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Please be at the studio by 6:20 p.m. to help set up for the model so that we can start promptly at 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

If arriving late, or leaving early, please do so quietly.\u00a0 Funds for the model and session are collected at the tea (and cookie!) break at 8:00pm.<\/p>\n

We have a number of basic wooden easels, support boards, and drawing boards. Participants bring their own materials. Please do not bring any toxics or aromatics to the studio, as they may cause extreme\u00a0health and\/or allergy reactions. This means:<\/p>\n

\n

NO turpentine, citrus thinners, fixative sprays or adhesives.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

NO PHOTOGRAPHY, except as may be expressly agreed upon by prior arrangement with the model. Further, use of any such photographic image is to be strictly limited in accordance with the terms agreed to with the model.<\/p>\n

Everyone is expected to help take down and put away the props, chairs, draping, mats, etc. (not tables). This applies especially to anyone who was too late to help set up at the beginning.<\/p>\n
